Who We Are
Vishtek is a federally certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. We are a full-spectrum IT and consulting firm serving federal, state, and enterprise clients — delivering technology solutions that are honest, efficient, and built to last.
Founded in 2021 and operational since 2023, Vishtek was built on a simple but powerful frustration: too many organizations were spending too much time and money on technology that wasn't working — not because the technology was wrong, but because the people implementing it weren't sharp enough, honest enough, or accountable enough. We built Vishtek to be the alternative.
Today, our team is actively engaged with clients including the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT), where we are configuring their enterprise ServiceNow GRC/IRM environment — delivering risk management and compliance capabilities that state agencies rely on daily.
Our Founder
Sheetal Parikh brings 24 years of hands-on technology experience across cybersecurity, database administration, SaaS platform management, and enterprise IT leadership. Before founding Vishtek, she served as CTO of Fair Factories Clearinghouse — a global SaaS platform supporting 50,000+ users across 100+ countries — where she drove a 58% reduction in security costs while building and leading cross-functional teams across three continents.
She holds a CTO certification from the Wharton School of Business, Microsoft certifications in database and systems engineering, and is a co-inventor of a granted US patent in supply chain compliance (Patent No. 11126963).
She founded Vishtek after years of watching large organizations waste significant resources on technology implementations led by teams that were neither accountable nor technically sharp. Vishtek was her answer to that problem — a firm where technical depth, straight talk, and genuine accountability are non-negotiable.
